JoomlaFreelance.co.uk

The design is quite clean, but reminds me a lot of TemplateMonster.com since the navigation seems stolen for the most part.
Layout: 5
Easy to get around the site, but something that TemplateMonster didn’t make would have been nice for the navigation
Feature List: 8
There are plenty of features to manage your projects and bids. Each project has a message board with private message capabilities. As a freelancer you can be notified when new projects are posted in categories that you select.
Signup: 6
I found the need to confirm the email before registration to be quite annoying. Form’s should be a one step process whenever possible. It would seem to make a lot more sense to confirm the email after submitting the registration and before the account can be used. The overall process was fairly short.
Bid Frequency: 6
This seems to be a newer site so the bids suffer because of it. A couple projects on the homepage had ended without bids, and those that did have bids only had a couple. Once more people hear about this site it is sure to pick up due to no fees being charged.
Fees: 10
There are absolutely no fees for using the site, unless you want a featured listing. There is a $10 charge for that.
Overall Impression: 7
It might take a little time to catch on, and it’s coming to the game a little late, but I’m sure one day www.joomlafreelance.co.uk will be a quite popular site.
